We work with most dental insurance plans, and we manage the dental claims process on your behalf, even if you are out of network.

MEMBERSHIP SAVINGS PLAN STARTING AT

$425 per year

Our in-house Amato Dentistry Membership Plan is a great option for patients who care about enhancing and maintaining excellent oral health! For one annual fee, we’ll take care of all of your basic dental needs, and more! The plan includes:

  • All exams
  • All x-rays
  • Two routine cleanings/periodontal maintenance cleanings
  • Savings from 5% to 25% on all other non-lab driven dental treatment
  • 12 month plan
